We now have a cat.



We have inherited her from my sister and brother-in-law, who are moving abroad. Her name is Ducati, after the motorbike - because they both purr, according to my brother-in-law.

I have set up a Cat-Cam (see right) so that my sister will still be able to see her beloved cat.

Finally got round to adding pictures of our holiday in Coniston, which a couple of people have asked for. (I honestly don't do this for myself. Honest). Highlights were: the walk round Tarn Hows, mountain biking at Grisedale Forest Park, losing control of the car over an icy Hardknott Pass, the Eskdale to Ravenglass railway, the boat trip over Coniston Lake, the walk from Torver, dinner at the Brittania Inn at Elterwater and the Sun at Coniston. Not all in one day though. And of course the Cars of the Stars at Keswick (where we couldn't take photos).
